Carol Lamb was born in the North of England where she lives and works today.  A lifelong interest in metaphysical healing and the esoteric traditions of East and West grew out of unusual personal experience of retained soul memory: the ability to access memory of past lives and higher streams of consciousness.  These spontaneous soul memories initiated a quest for greater understanding and led to significant meetings which would bring her to the purpose of her life’s work: to teach the journey of the soul.

Carol's career in nursing, social work and adult education spanning twenty years evolved into a holistic therapy practice with the emphasis on providing spiritual answers to the problems of physical life and living.  This led to a thirteen year programme of teaching and lecturing which provided the foundation for a network of holistic clinics.  In 2002, Carol established Rainbow Light Foundation and the Academy of Holistic Sciences is currently responsible for the spiritual teaching programme.

In addition to the books and teaching packages, Spiritual Alchemy - STEPS to Freedom, a non denominational programme written and presented by Carol for 15 years offers a self-help guide to practical spirituality. A synthesis of the sacred belief systems of East and West with its routes in esoteric wisdom. It draws upon the ancient truths handed down from Atlantean and Egyptian mystery schools to the present transition phase from the Piscean to the Aquarian age.

In addition to writing, travel and research, Carol is currently developing an ‘Academy of the Air’ to bring the teaching of the soul’s journey to all who wish to hear. In this time of global conflict, chaos and confusion a return to spiritual values is the absolute requirement for the survival of mankind. The STEPS Programme restores the understanding of right relationship between spirit and matter, choice and consequence.
